Can YOU be great?

"There is comfort in mediocrity. You have to WANT to be somewhere that is uncomfortable for a while, in order to be great at anything."

We have an opportunity to be great this year men. How bad do you want it? How far are you willing to go? How much are you willing to sacrifice? Are you willing to push yourself past that comfort level and into the uncomfortable in order to achieve greatness?

In practice, when there is one minute left of 4 corners, do you go harder and faster? Or do you slow down and rest hoping for the time to go by quicker?
When we run a lap around the park and your gut feels like it's going to burst, your legs are tired and you can hardly breathe... do you stop and walk? Or do you push on, through the pain and discomfort, finishing as strong as you possibly can?
At the end of the game, when you are exhausted from the fight but the game is on the line... we need that block one more time but your opponent is strong and you know it will be hard, do you muster the strength from within and fight him with all your might? Or do you pretend to try hard but just cant summon the strength to give it 100%?

Only you know the answers to these questions guys...  but the true answers to these questions is what separates greatness from mediocrity.

We have an opportunity to be great!  Is greatness within you?
